Topic: This program is designed to enhance healthcare providers' ability to engage effectively with patients by focusing on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing techniques. Participants will learn to distinguish between automatic thoughts related to food decisions and critically analyze internalized biases to improve patient interactions. Additionally, the program will cover the four components of motivational interviewing, enabling providers to apply strategies that challenge biases and automatic thoughts in their patient engagements. By the end of the program, healthcare providers will be equipped with practical tools to foster more meaningful and supportive conversations with their patients.
