I did my degree in immunology and inflammation and start a phD in Dr Karim Bouzakri lab's in Strasbourg (France) about the crosstalk between beta cells and skeletal muscle cells via extracellular vesicules in TD2. Then I moved in Dr Vincent Poitout's lab in Montreal for a postdoctoral position and my subject is about FFA4 a fatty acid G protein coupled receptor and it's role and mecanisms in the hormonal secretion in mouse and human islets. This work is done in collaboration with Dr Mark Huising fron UC Davis California. I also received a SFD (Société francophone du diabéte) fellowship for this work.
