Sandhya Goge RN, MN, CDE works as a diabetes nurse educator providing self-management education and support to adults living with complex diabetes needs at the Foustanellas Endocrine and Diabetes Centre, The Ottawa Hospital. In her previous role, at the University of Ottawa Heart Institute (UOHI), she was involved in implementing various quality improvement initiatives such as prediabetes, newly diagnosed diabetes and interactive voice response technology post hospital discharge. Her research interests include shared decision making, patient decision aids and knowledge translation.
