Mahua Ghosh, MBBS, PhD, FRCPC, is an Associate Professor in the Division of Endocrinology and Metabolism, Department of Medicine, at the University of Alberta, Edmonton, Canada. She did her MBBS from University of Delhi and then moved to Canada where she did her PhD, residency in Internal Medicine in Saskatoon and subspecialty training in Endocrinology in Edmonton. She did postgraduate training in Medical Education from University of Dundee, Scotland and currently serves as the Program Director for the Endocrinology Residency Training Program at the University of Alberta. She is a member of the Endocrinology Subspecialty Training Committee at the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and had been an integral part of transition to Competency Based Design for Endocrinology Subspecialty Training. She serves as the Chair of the Canadian Society of Endocrinology and Metabolism Guidelines Committee. Mahua does collaborative research in polycystic ovarian syndrome and a core member of PCOS together patient (https://pcos.together.ualberta.ca).
