Dr. Wasserman is a Staff Endocrinologist at The Hospital for Sick Children, where he maintains a clinical focus on treatment of pediatric endocrine neoplasms and endocrine sequelae of childhood cancer therapy. He is a co-chair of the American Thyroid Association Pediatric Thyroid Cancer Guidelines and is a member of the Children's Oncology Group Endocrine Long Term Follow Up task force for Childhood Cancer Survivors and the IGHG Task Force on Growth Hormone Use in the context of Childhood Malignancy.
